Glasser began his coaching career as an assistant for the McLean Raiders of the Clark Griffith Baseball League.

Phil Cahill begins his frst season on Rossi's staff, but is no stranger to the program having graduated in May after playing four years under Rossi. Cahill was an All-MAAC performer behind the dish in 2008 when the Saints made a run to the MAAC title game. He will work primarily with the infielders.
